For this reason, the conveyor belt is generally driven by double lifting rollers, as shown in Figure 2. The conveyor belt passes through the positioning cylinder, driving cylinder, front lifting roller, pressing roller, rotating roller and rear lifting roller in turn. The weight of the front and rear lifting rollers is equal, and the conveyor belt always maintains a certain tension under the gravity of the front and rear lifting rollers. At the beginning, the front lifting roller is at the top and the rear lifting roller is at the bottom; During printing, the positioning cylinder presses the conveyor belt and does not move; After completing a printing, the positioning cylinder looses the conveyor belt, the clamping cylinder clamps the conveyor belt, and the driving cylinder moves forward a distance. The positioning cylinder presses the conveyor belt again. The plastic granulator operation touches a wide range of areas for printing in new positions; After printing several times in this way, the front lifting roller drops to the lowest position and the rear lifting roller rises to the highest position.
